Administrative Assistant

  The administrative assistant supports case management via recruitment, intake, assessment, and selection of participants; is responsible for maintenance of confidential and time sensitive materials, and effectively communicates via phone and email, completes required reports accurately and in a timely manner. 


Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of management staff:

  • Communicate with team regarding client case plans, 

  • Prepare reports as directed,

  • Arrange and maintain client files, 

  • Research projects as assigned

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries

  • Greet and assist all visitors to the office


Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work,

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Administrative written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Learn office administration procedures,

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college desirable and/or experience desirable
