Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant supports case management via recruitment, intake, assessment, and selection of participants; is responsible for maintenance of confidential and time sensitive materials, and effectively communicates via phone and email, completes required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of management staff:
Communicate with team regarding client case plans,
Prepare reports as directed,
Arrange and maintain client files,
Research projects as assigned
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
Greet and assist all visitors to the office
Requirements:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work,
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Administrative written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Learn office administration procedures,
High school diploma or equivalent, some college desirable and/or experience desirable
